Barely three to four films old Kareena Kapoor has been slated as the next Bollywood queen ousting even an Aishwarya Rai. This has hardly been surprising as this Kapoor has the genetics and the genius to reach the stars. Her cool celluloid presence, great looks, ballistic body language, and oodles of talent is all the right ingredients to achieve all this and much, much more.

Her dream guy-

Believe it or not guys this Kapoor gal's crazy about Shah Rukh. She can't take anything negative about the King Khan.She finds his sense of dressing and the way he walks and talks extremely fascinating. So all you Hrithik wannabe's think again. Kareena's dream guy has to have a great sense of humour, as she believes that her guy should be able to make her smile if not laugh. She hates and tires easily of false pretense. The acid test her guy would have to pass is to able to hold her attention for hours on end with his conversation. The other assets her date should possess are beautiful eyes and lips. Intelligence of course is a pre-requisite.

Kareena's style file -

Although most modern and chic Kareena's favourite outfit is the salwar-kameez. Since she has outgrown the mini-skirt image she feels that the salwar-kameez is the most comfortable attire that a modern day girl could sport. Her favourite international designer is the late Gianni Versace. Kareena is voracious reader whenever she gets the time. Her favourite books are Eric Segal's 'Doctors', Mary Higgins Clark's 'Remember Me' and Judith Krantz's 'Till We Meet Again'.

An avid film buff Kareena's favourite actor quite naturally is her late grand father Raj Kapoor. She is a great fan of Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. Out of the actresses, her favourites are Nargis, Nutan, Meena Kumari, Kajol and of course her darling sister Karisma. Kareena is sentimental at heart. She loves to hear and had heard Lagja gale from Woh Kaun Thi a million times over and hasn't got bored. She loves romantic duets too and old film songs.

Eating with Kareena

Kareena loves to eat out. Her mother Babita grumbles about it very often but she just can't resist Thai food. She frequents the Thai Pavilion at the President in Mumbai. Infact, most of the parents of her friends cook wonderful Thai food. So if she's not at a restaurant then she's at their houses. A little known secret is that Kareena is a great cook. She took cooking classes when she was small and has learnt to cook everything from Indian to Chinese to cakes and pastries.

Her dream roles -

Kareena loves a challenge and would like roles that give her a chance to perform to showcase her talent. She would have loved to play something like Kajol character in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She is adamant about the fact that she will take up only those films in which she will be recognised as a serious actress. She is absolutely against dance cameos and does not like action movies very much. She admits quite honestly that she hates dancing. But that wouldn't stop her from rendering emotional scenes. Quite like her zodiac, Virgo, she is a perfectionist at whatever she attempts and believes in giving her all while performing.
